Stakeholders are the individuals, groups, or organizations that can affect—or be affected by—your project’s outcome. In this lesson, we focus on The Importance of Effective Communications as the primary tool for managing these relationships. You will learn how to identify your key stakeholders, understand their unique needs and influence, and use targeted communication to build the trust and support necessary to move your school or community initiative forward.
