In this lesson, we focus on Project Risk Management, the art of identifying, analyzing, and responding to potential obstacles before they become crises. You will learn how to distinguish between “risks” (potential events) and “issues” (current problems), and how to develop strategies to mitigate threats or exploit opportunities within your school or community initiatives.
