Time is one of your most valuable and limited resources in any school or community project. In this lesson, we move from defining what needs to be done to determining when it will happen. We will cover five essential topics to help you master your timeline: What is a Project Schedule, Deliverables and Activities, Estimating Time, Scheduling Techniques, and Task Dependencies. Learning these concepts will allow you to build a realistic roadmap that keeps your team on track and your stakeholders informed.
