Scope

Lesson Overview:

Project Scope is the boundary of your work—it defines exactly what is included in the project and, just as importantly, what is not. In this lesson, we cover the five essential phases of scope control: Scope Management, Defining Scope, Project Requirements, the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and the dreaded Scope Creep. Mastering these topics ensures that your school or community initiative stays focused, manageable, and aligned with your original vision.
