Service includes:

1. Direct Hire and Temporary Staffing services placement services for organizations that need Instructional Designers, Facilitators, Teachers, Graphic Artists, LMS Administrators, and other education related roles.
2. Monthly Membership benefits include:
   • Recruiter permanently assigned to account.
   • Candidate recruitment of customer’s typical job roles in their geographical area is maintained active regardless of open job requests. Allows faster turnaround time once a job request is submitted.
   • Expedited processing times.

Fees & Terms:

1. Account registration fee covers first month’s membership. Memberships fees to be billed on the first (1^st) of every month or following business day.
2. Commissions:
   • Direct Hire: percentage-based commission (based on candidate’s yearly salary)
   • Temporary Staffing: percentage-based commission (based on candidate’s hourly rate)
3. Thirty (30) day Candidate Guarantee (applies to Direct Hire candidates only).
4. Requires Signed Agreement

Registration and Account Set Up:

1. After completing the registration and checkout process, customer will receive Adobe Fill & Sign link with individualized Service Agreement (allow 1-2 business days for processing).
2. Once customer signs the Service Agreement, a confirmation email will be sent notifying the Account Set Up is complete (allow 1-2 business days for processing).
