Service includes:

1. Interactive Manuals and/or Reference Guides (up to 60 minutes of content).
2. One (1) eLearning format (Articulate Storyline or Articulate Rise).
3. Up to three (3) interactive sections (drag and drops, buttons, slides, dials, states)
4. One (1) language (English or Spanish).
5. Stock images.

Customer responsibilities:

1. Provide detailed description of course requirements. Including manuals, reference material, presentations and legacy trainings.
2. Prompt response to communications.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Allow 6-8 weeks for content development (after receiving course requirements and reference material from customer).
2. Up to three (3) rounds of revisions. All comments to be provided in writing (email and/or Review 360).
3. Customer receives course files after customization is approved in writing.
4. Requires Signed Agreement.

Registration and Account Set Up:

1. After completing the checkout process, customer will receive Adobe Fill & Sign link with individualized Service Agreement (allow 1-2 business days for processing).
2. Once customer signs the Service Agreement, a confirmation email will be sent notifying the Account Set Up is complete (allow 1-2 business days for processing).
