In this role, you'll collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate learning objectives into dynamic and engaging instructional materials. Your expertise in learning theory and instructional design principles will be instrumental in developing a variety of learning solutions, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, and blended learning programs. We seek someone with a bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (an MA is a plus). Experience in instructional design methodologies, particularly the ADDIE model, is essential. Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness are crucial for crafting compelling learning content. Proficiency in authoring tools for eLearning development, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, will allow you to bring your designs to life. Beyond technical skills, a keen understanding of adult learning principles is paramount. You'll possess the ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that resonate with adult learners. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential to work effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders throughout the design process.
